General Manager - Community Fitness Focus

MediFit Corporate Services is currently recruiting for a General Manager to oversee a Community Fitness Center program in San Mateo.

The General Manager is responsible for the facility’s overall operations and procedures, including sales, marketing, financials, and staff management.  In this role you will ensure the financial and operational success of individual Fitness, Membership and Aquatics Departments through exceptional leadership, mentoring, and guidance of all staff.

 

Qualified applicants will possess a bachelor's and/or master's degree in a health/fitness field of study.  Previous fitness center/club management experience is required, preferably in the community or commercial market.  Must have strong staff and financial management experience and have advanced computer literacy.
