inDemic is a new non-profit organization that is creating a knowledge management system to compile, organize, and analyze specific information relevant to the management of the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, inDemic will focus on the best practices of testing COVID-19 therapies, the timeline for data and approval of the most promising therapeutics, secondary impact of the pandemic on mental health and health issues, as well as the impact on society and future epidemics.

inDemic is seeking a public health expert interested in curating a knowledge management system focused on COVID-19 and infectious disease response. The primary mission is to review and analyze the key trials and research being done around COVID-19, and to communicate those data with academics and other interested parties in a way that maximizes the impact and helps to direct research in productive ways. As the inDemic director, you will organize and analyze new information, and also develop and organize the inDemic Scientific Advisory Board around topics including:
The initial full-time position is for a period of six months, with the potential to extend. The best candidate will be a recent graduate or public health professional whose employment opportunities have been impacted by the pandemic, and who is passionate about the potential to organize large amounts of data and opinion in a dynamic way to improve the scientific response to COVID-19 and infectious disease outbreaks.

Salary range of $7000-$8000 per month plus expenses.
