SHARE’s purpose is to lead and support campus efforts to address interpersonal violence and abuse. The Office provides emergency response, intervention, and care to student victims/survivors of sexual assault, domestic/dating violence, and stalking. We also work closely with a network of campus and community partners to foster a University environment that is intolerant of abuse, responsive to needs of victims/survivors, and holds perpetrators accountable for their actions. We aim to contribute to a campus culture in which interpersonal violence has no place and our distinctive community of learning is free to flourish.
The Prevention Curriculum & Assessment Manager (PCAM) possess Master’s-level training and training or experience in prevention program and curriculum development, assessment, and health communications. The PCAM is responsible for day-to-day management and implementation of multiple, ongoing SHARE prevention and education efforts for undergraduate and graduate students. These efforts span the social ecological model and focus on promoting bystander intervention and healthy relationships. The PCAM oversees the SHARE peer program’s recruitment, training, and educational programming, including awareness month activities and prevention efforts. The PCAM takes the lead on new program development and assessment and serves as a resource for other SHARE staff developing programs and assessments specific to their areas. The PCAM contributes to the development of educational content, communications, and outreach (e.g., social media, website) related to Respect Matters, a violence prevention subcomponent to Princeton University’s UMatter campaign. This individual also takes the lead in ensuring that all SHARE’s programs and services are assessed appropriately and results are used for improvement.
